EVOL’s Shipping Policy

We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping is free for all purchases. We work with reputed delivery services such as FedEx, Delhivery, BlueDart and Speedpost.

Delivery Time: As Per Pincode Availability & Dispatches (ranging from 7-15 working days)

National Delivery:

  • We will dispatch the order within a week, depending upon availability.
  • Orders in India, once dispatched, are typically deivered in another week for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, etc.)
  • If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product due to any issue, we will inform you via email and call & arrange a full refund, if required.

International Shipping

  • We do not ship outside India at this point of time, but our team is already working on it, and you can expect us to unlock the feature in a few months.

Products on Demand

Many of the products made available on our Website are products manufactured on demand of the users. You may at any time after the placing the Order contact our Customer Support Executives to know the status of your Orders. All provisions relating to delivery timelines shall be applicable to such products from the date of shipment of such products.

Notwithstanding anything mentioned in the aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within any specific timelines as it is completely dependent on the shipment services. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer duration due to:

  • Bad weather conditions
  • Transportation delays
  • Political disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

To the maximum extent permissible by law, We shall not be liable to You or any other persons for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue or goods will be incurred by You due to any delay in the delivery of orders.
